CNC Carved Stone Panels
CNC carved stone panels translate pattern, geometry and narrative into controlled depth, shadow and architectural scale.
What IVA manufactures
Carving begins with the wall geometry—not the machine.
A successful carved wall requires artwork resolution, stone selection, relief depth, panel divisions, joint placement, edge strategy and fixing coordination.
IVA develops these parameters through a sample, carving detail or mock-up before production.
Product and application directions
A focused visual edit for this category.
Use a visual to explain the direction. Final stone, resin, colour, finish, relief, dimensions and execution are approved project-wise.

Commercial and technical planning
Information buyers normally need before quotation.
These fields are confirmed against the actual drawing, quantity, application and destination—not guessed from a website image.
Suitable applications
Where this category is commonly specified.
Double-height walls, staircases, lounges and statement rooms.
Lobby, restaurant, spa and suite feature surfaces.
Project-specific carved elements subject to stone and engineering suitability.
Buyer questions
Clear answers before the sample stage.
What file is needed for CNC carving?
CAD, vector artwork, a high-quality reference or a design brief can start the process. Final production artwork is confirmed before machining.
How is relief depth decided?
It depends on pattern scale, stone, viewing distance, panel thickness, shadows and structural feasibility.
Can one image be copied exactly?
IVA does not promise exact copying from a reference. The design is translated into an original, manufacturable surface direction.
Project enquiry
Send the application, dimensions and project location.
