Project Applications and Visual References

Use the website to identify a direction—not to assume an unapproved specification.

IVA workflow

Six checkpoints that reduce avoidable surprises.

Understand how IVA International uses product images, application references, design visualisations and project-specific approval in its website and sales process.

  1. 01

Product references show material or design capability

Confirm the application, dimensions, design intent, quantity, project location and required timeline.

  2. 02

Application visuals communicate scale and atmosphere

Review whether the proposed material, format, finish and design can be manufactured responsibly.

  3. 03

Not every visual is a completed IVA project

Approve the relevant physical or visual control before production release.

  4. 04

Final scope requires sample and drawing approval

Coordinate joints, modules, artwork, panel codes, hardware or product dimensions as applicable.

  5. 05

Site conditions and fixing are project-specific

Manufacture against the approved control documents and agreed natural-variation parameters.

  6. 06

    Written quotation overrides website descriptions

Inspect, number, protect and prepare the order for the agreed delivery route.

What IVA will not do

Promise certainty without project information.

Website images alone cannot confirm material suitability, structural fixing, exact colour, final dimensions, price or delivery. These are established through the enquiry, approval and quotation process.

For current factory evidence, production videos, packing references or a visit request, contact IVA directly. We will not present an invented showroom or an AI-generated factory as proof.
